Refund & Return Policy
We hope you love your notariosoax pieces. If something doesn’t work out, we offer 30-day returns from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags and packaging must be attached
- Items must be returned in the same condition you received them
We do not have any final sale items. All regular products are eligible for return under the conditions above.
How to Return
Please do not send your item back without prior approval.
To start a return:
- Email us at support@notariosoax.com
- Include your order number
- Tell us which item(s) you wish to return and why
We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping
- If you are returning an item for change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
